Our Full Service Recruitment Process Timeline
Each Recruitment begins with a consultation to define position requirements, organizational priorities, and desired qualifications to ensure alignment from the outset. We utilize targeted advertising combined with direct outreach to both active and passive candidates.
Weeks 1 & 2
Position posting and targeted outreach to active and passive candidates begins
Weeks 2 thru 4
Resume review and candidate screening. Outreach continues through weeks 4 to 5, and qualified applicants are interviewed virtually by LGSS
Weeks 5 thru 7
Presentation of qualified candidates and first-round client interviews, around weeks 6 and 7
Weeks 7 thru 8
Second interviews, background screening, and reference checks personally conducted by our team. An offer is made around week 8
Most searches are completed within six to eight weeks from advertisement to offer. LGSS remains engaged throughout and continues the search until the position is successfully filled.
