Candidate information will not be provided to a prospective employer or client without the candidate's permission, except as otherwise required by law.

4. Client Information and Services

Clients and prospective clients may provide LocalGov Staffing Solutions with position descriptions, job announcements, organizational information, compensation information, and other materials necessary to provide or discuss recruitment and staffing services.

Submitting information through this website does not, by itself, create a client relationship or require LocalGov Staffing Solutions to provide services.

Recruitment, staffing, consulting, or other professional services provided to clients may be governed by a separate written agreement between LocalGov Staffing Solutions and the client.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately executed client agreement, the terms of the executed client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from LocalGov Staffing Solutions, LLC, you agree to the following SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions.

1. Messaging Program

LocalGov Staffing Solutions provides conversational SMS messaging with applicants and candidates who have opted in to receive text messages regarding a position and related recruitment process.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to questions.

  • Interview scheduling and coordination.

  • Application updates.

  • Recruitment-process updates.

  • Information regarding next steps.

SMS messaging is intended to supplement our other methods of communication and may not be used for every communication during a recruitment process.

2. Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from LocalGov Staffing Solutions regarding applications, interviews, scheduling, recruitment updates, and next steps. Message frequency varies. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Liability
