WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're interested in connecting with current and former local government professionals who have held leadership, management, or specialized positions. Recruitment experience is a plus, but it's not required! Your knowledge of local government, professional judgment, and relationships within the public sector are what matter most.

As part of our growing network of local government recruitment professionals, you could help municipalities identify and connect with qualified candidates for important positions. Depending on your background and interests, projects may involve targeted candidate outreach, evaluating qualifications, conducting preliminary interviews, and supporting various stages of the recruitment process. Your firsthand experience can make a real difference in identifying the right talent for the right community.
