Recent investments include a modern Public Works facility built in 2019, a new wastewater treatment plant nearing completion, and a 40,000-square-foot City Center housing municipal offices. The City also features a robust industrial park anchored by Amazon and expanding commercial districts supported by two TIF districts with a third in development.
